In the light of the government message yesterday, we regret to inform you that the foodbank has closed it’s centre at Darnall (Living Waters) as from today, 24/03/2020. Vouchers are still valid at our Burngreave centre, which remains open for now, subject to review.
The Trussell Trust runs the largest network of food banks in the UK, giving emergency food and support to people in crisis. Fourteen million people live below the poverty line and in the last year 1,9 million three-day emergency food supplies were distributed to people in crisis.
